Should be 25% od caloric intake, so about 625 calories Oatmeal 1 cup oats Fruit ( blueberries) Top with lowfat yogurt or dried milk Dash of cinnamon and/ or use almond milk Add some walnuts ( 14 halves) Or 2 eggs ½ cup spinach or tomatos Saute in olive oil And serve with multigrain toast and almond butter Or On the go; Clifs Bar Clif C MacDonald’s fruit and yogurt parfait Starbucks spinach/ feta/ egg white wrap Smoothies - 8 oz greek yogurt/ 1 cup froze fuit Comments are closed.
