2012 was a good year, and I have a lot going on, so I really think I need to stay focused and continue to improve. The year being good made me think of this quote, which basically says it all, that it is just when all is good and everything is going the right way that you need to double up on the discipline and focus. If things keep going well, you will continue to improve and if they suddenly go differently than planned, you are already in motion and not just coasting.
