You make money when you buy, not when you sell. Anyone can give something away for free. Anyone can promise anything a customer asks, anyone can give free freight. There is no skill, no art, and no value, and therefore no profit in things anyone can do. The art is in selling what makes you unique. You want to create a transaction that makes both parties feel they have won. Start Now. Your world needs action. D 10/31/2012 11:20:17 pm
I know I may sound thick by writing this, but what does this mean? I make money when I buy? No. I make money when I offer and sell something that the market wants and is willing to pay what I'm asking for it.

Arash - stop it with the thick nonsense. You are one of the smartest people I know. Sometimes I get a little too vague, thanks for calling me on it. My meaning is simply if the market sets price, and as we know, often the difference between your price and your competitors is slim or nonexistent, so the the entrepreneur who can buy their materials, products, raw materials, pay less for hosting, for less than the competition has an edge. The people I have worked with often forget it is what they buy the raw materials for that determines the profit. The second part was a subtle jab at myself to not just make a blog for free but to also make sure I profit in some way from it. Thanks. D Comments are closed.
